Ground Cardamom

Ground Cardamom is the ground seeds from green cardamom pods. Cardamom is light and lemony with flowery, slightly biting notes. Throughout the Arab world and Scandinavia, cardamom is one of the most popular spices where it is used more extensively than cinnamon. Cardamom works well in combination with caraway, chili powder, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, ginger, paprika, allspice, black and red pepper, cloves, fennel, ginger, saffron, and turmeric.
