Cinnamon Sugar

Made from warm cinnamon and sweet sugar, this sugar is perfect on buttered toast, waffles or French toast. Sprinkle on top of pie crust before baking, dust on a chocolate cake just before serving.  Flavor up your coffee, tea or hot chocolate or cider.  Sprinkle atop apples before baking for a quick dessert.
